Allen J. Sviridoff
Allen J. Sviridoff has been producing live concerts and album recordings for 34 years. His success as a producer coupled with his marketing ingenuity has earned him recognition and praise throughout the entertainment industry. Among his achievements are sold out shows worldwide at venues including Carnegie Hall, the London Palladium, and the Hollywood Bowl; 28 albums produced; a Grammy win for the soundtrack of George Clooney’s Good Night and Good Luck; and 11 Grammy nominations.
In addition to further developing the musical career of his partner Matt Catingub with his overarching involvement with the MCOoH, Sviridoff is currently forming a new music company with George Clooney’s father, Nick, and producing a PBS television special as a pilot for a music series about The Standards.
Sviridoff is credited with helping to revive Rosemary Clooney’s career, acting as the remarkable and legendary singer’s manager/producer for the last 23 years of her life. He also created and marketed New York City nightclub Feistein’s at the Regency, located at the Loew’s Regency Hotel. Sviridoff was responsible for booking all the performers here for its first six years, during which time the club established itself as a can’t-miss attraction for nightclub fans in NYC.
Sviridoff’s other producing accomplishments include: MGM Musicals at Carnegie Hall; Ginger Rogers’ triumphant two-week return at the London Palladium; the Singer’s Salute to the Songwriter at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in LA; over 15 shows for luxury cruise lines; and corporate events for the Harrah’s Corporation, International Management Group, and the Pilot Pen Corporation.
